Fashion or Madness?

Truly there's a thin line between Love and Hate and so also glam and gloom if not what better justification does this lady have for wearing this bizarre outfit. I mean does she own a mirror at all. It is obvious that a lot of women don't know what works for them as per their body shape and size. Looking at Rihanna,she could get away with it because she's not quite endowed up there but the other lady dissected her gifts into two. Imagine that! This mode of dressing is unforgiveable.
